The committee&#8217;s focus is to help build a board of directors that represents a wide range of views and interests, ultimately contributing to the strategic direction of .CA, CIRA, and the broader Canadian Internet.<\/p>\n<p>CIRA is looking for Canadians who have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>current governance experience (mandatory);<\/li>\n<li>experience identifying and selecting superior candidates;<\/li>\n<li>experience in relevant industry sectors;<\/li>\n<li>a passion for Canada&#8217;s Internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline to submit applications for the nomination committee is 2 p.m. ET, April 19, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates can <a href=\"https:\/\/Nominations.fluidreview.com\/?l=en\">submit their applications online<\/a>.
