The vote period starts today at 12:30 p.m. ET and ends at 12:30 p.m. ET on September 26, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>CIRA Members play an important role in choosing the leadership that will guide CIRA through the next three years of its mandate.<\/p>\n<h2>Learn more about the candidates<\/h2>\n<p>CIRA Members can learn more about each candidate before casting their votes by reading the <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results\">candidates&#8217; statements<\/a>. You can also interact with candidates in CIRA&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/2017-campaign-forum\">campaign forum<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Voting for election candidates<\/h2>\n<p>This year, CIRA Members will have the opportunity to cast their votes to elect 4 candidates\u20143 from the nomination committee slate and 1 from the Members slate.<\/p>\n<p>Voting will take place online at <a href=\"https:\/\/vote.cira.ca\/IVApp\/Default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fIVApp%2f\">vote.cira.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The election results will be published on <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results\">https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results<\/a> on or before September 29, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Information about CIRA&#8217;s board of directors election and how to vote is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results\">stg.cira.ca\/election<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>About CIRA<\/h2>\n<p>The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) manages the .CA top-level domain on behalf of all Canadians.
