To view the list of nominations\u00a0candidates, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results\">https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ottawa, ON \u2013 August 2, 2018 \u2013 The <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\">Canadian Internet Registration Authority<\/a>&#8216;s (CIRA) nomination committee has selected five candidates from across Canada with a broad mix of experience and qualifications necessary for the management of the .CA domain. To view the list of nomination committee candidates, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results\">https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election-results<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>CIRA Members who wish to apply for the Members&#8217; slate of candidates can apply from 2 p.m. ET on August 2, 2018 to 2 p.m. ET on August 16, 2018 at <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election\">https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This will be followed by a show of support period starting August 30, 2018 and ending on September 13, 2018. The board of directors election vote runs from September 27, 2018 until October 4, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible to vote, .CA holders must be Members before the end of the day on September 6, 2018 (21 days before the start of the voting period), and remain an active Member at the time they cast their vote.<\/p>\n<p>Information about CIRA&#8217;s board of directors election is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election\">https:\/\/stg-saas.cira.ca\/election<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>About CIRA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) manages the .CA top-level domain on behalf of all Canadians.
